Main values of SCAVI group

1. Liberty

Pro-active, independent, pioneer = charismatic = no stereotypes = somehow audacious:

- First foreign investment license in Vietnam in 1988, when Vietnam’s economy had just opened the door, with the initial capital investment of 20,000 USD from its mother holding - Corèle International.

- The French group regrouping the largest number of members in Vietnam – 11,000 people - Top 10 in the global lingerie outsourcing industry, with strong impact on the industry shift in the global context.

- First foreign company to invest in Laotian lingerie industry in 2003.

- First company in global lingerie industry to establish investment in Hue, in 2005; Currently, Scavi Hue has 6,000 members, 100% of the board of management is Hue origin.

- Throughout 29 years since the date of establishment, Scavi always sets its mind to concentrating and specializing in lingerie outsourcing service industry instead of following the trend of short-term investments.

- Its one-of-a-kind Mobilization Policy:

- Scavi’s key members = Co-entrepreneurs = Co-builders = transfer free-of-charge a significant number of shares to deserved members including worker members in Vietnam.

- Core values = high self-commitment required = highly demanding; corresponding with the core values is the realization of each member’s voluntariness through his/her achieved targets, which leads to the real sharing.

Based on that, a transparent plan to transfer orderly and systematically the Group’s management authority is established.

* Responsibility (= sharing) towards community:

Long-termly and stably connected with the training system at areas where Scavi, mainly in Vietnam, for every function in the Group:

- From nursery education to university/vocational training, both in terms of academic education and permanent life-long continuous training in the Group, where physical training (sports) is in the heart of.

- Life-long continuous training = profession training about the Group’s organizational system including English Communication Training (ECT) + continuous training about corporate values shown by the one-of-a-kind Mobilization Policy.

*Responsibility toward environment:

- Recycling maximization.

- Clean and Green in both Professional and Residential areas.

- Environmental Audit at Material Suppliers.

- Ecological Respect: Oeko-tex Certificate in all Material Suppliers.

 

 

 

 

3. The multiplicity of the above two main values

The Liberty and the Responsibility are connected through the main coordinating value: “Break the walls”.

-          “Break the walls” between oneself and other people – community: approaching closely to other people and their differences, for their improvement, consider the community where we live our own home and take care of it.
