I. Raw Material

Scavi only purchases material to supplier certified by OEKO-TEX

Scavi owns an internal laboratory fully equiped (International standard level), notably for testing:

• Shrinkage
• Weight
• Color fastness
• Yellowing
• Stretchability
• Bursting
• Pilling
• Color (Data color)

Some additional tests are also done by a partner outside laboratory, close to Scavi (Notably for harmful substances).

II. Finished Goods

• Careful "On-line" checking during manufacturing process.
• Finish inspection (End of line) for 100% of the garments.
• AQL audit by internal and independent quality team before shipment in the same conditions as external auditing company.
